- Power Shoulders: Big, energizing arm circles forward for 30 seconds, then reverse for 30 seconds. Imagine you’re showcasing those perfect jacket shoulders!
- Runway Ready Torso Twists: Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands lightly on your head. Gently twist your torso side to side for 1 minute. Think elegant model turns with a little pep!
