The MET Carpet “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” – Color Me Dandy

Joey Kling – Miu Miu

Prepare for a visual feast! The 2025 Met Gala red carpet was an unapologetic celebration of color, with celebrities embracing the full spectrum in breathtaking ways. Our in-depth coverage spotlights the most vibrant and daring looks of the night, from head-to-toe monochromatic statements in electric blues and radiant yellows to bold color-blocking that commanded attention. Oh how these stars and their stylists masterfully played with saturation, tone, and unexpected color combinations to create truly unforgettable fashion moments. I was so inspired by the sheer joy and artistry of color as it illuminated the biggest night in fashion!  My ab favs being Joey Kling in Miu Miu, Regé-Jean Page in Brioni, Giovanna Battaglia-Englebert, Sara Choi, Adut Akech, Alex Consani in looks Giovanna created with Swarovski.  And Bryan Tyree Henry in Orange Culture.  They brought some much needed color to the carpet in a sea of many black and white looks.
