Lady Gaga Ravages in Gareth Pugh for ‘A Star is Born’ Promo Event- London

Lady Gaga showed it off at a London promo event for ‘A Star is Born.’ The starlet wore a black leather wrap dress with huge shoulders and and thigh baring split.  She styled with over the knee platform boots, loose curls, cat eye shades and a soft popping lip.  I die for this look!
