Billboard Music Awards: Balmain Army

Olivier Rousteing’s Balmain Army is in full combat mode.  The hip designer announced Balmain’s collab with H&M later this fall showing off some of the looks on Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner.  If this is a true representation of what we are to expect, Olivier will give ladies a chance to look like past collections that may not have been accessible to everyone.  Kendall’s look is reminiscent of PW12 while Jourdan’s look brings together AW13 & 14 pieces.  I can say I am very excited to see the final result as I am never disappointed in Olivier’s design point of view.

Stars of the Balmain Army Red Carpet:

Kylie Jenner – PF13 – She looked a bit overstuffed and this look was way to old for her.  I think the idea is to look sexy and mature (at 17?) however her looks have aged her in a not so settling way.  Please stop trying so hard, just be a kid!

Chrissy Teigen – SS15 – I love this girls energy! She always has a smile and it is infectious.  The look however I am in the middle.  She was spilling out the top so the look was going to the side of sleazy however, her hair was AMAZE! So golden and bouncy!

Taylor Swift – SS15 – Taylor werqed the carpet! This sparkling jumpsuit looked amaze on her.  Her dark eye and slightly tousled hair made her head toe perfection.

Lily Aldridge – AW15 – So glad someone wore this skirt on the carpet! The purple and black pleats werqed the runway and Lily followed through on the red carpet.  Wearing the most AMAZE Giuseppe Zanotti suede sandals, she kept her top simple and did a nude lip and more of that lovely black eyeliner!
