2015 LACMA Art + Film Gala LA – Ab FAVs

The ladies came out to wow on the “teal” carpet for the LACMA Art + Film Gala LA and some set it on fire!   Running the gambit from casually chic, to effortlessly sexy and uber glam.

My ab favs of the night starts with Mia Maestro who looked effortlessly chic in black sheer Gucci.  Her amber treeses were equally chic with a soft wave and swoop bang.  Her eyes were the perfect black cateye with a nude lip GORG!  Reese Witherspoon worked the carped in a long, strapless, back split gown with platform sandals.  Kind of boring but  her hair was so cute slick and golden blonde.

Dakota Johnson looked pretty in a yellowy orange Gucci RS16 dress that looked cute on her.  She seemed like she was going to a Fall party not a Art & Film gala but this look was so her.  Rosie Huntington looked GORG also, in silk chiffon Gucci RS16.  This look I didn’t quite get on the runway but Rosie just looked amazing (no surprise there) with her golden locks in a heavy wave and pretty mauve lips.

Gwyneth Paltrow matched the carpet in a customized Gucci dress (very similar to a SS16 frock).  The look was just ok for me but her legs looked like perfection.  Diane Kruger is a girl after my own heart in SS16 Monique Lhuillier.  The first time I saw this look I was wowed and Diane wore this.  Who doesn’t love ocean and royal blue silk and a train?  Her hair was perfect pulled back with a popping lip and bag, she worked it out!

Going into the glam zone was Blood and Oil’s Amber Valetta who looked statuesque and elegant in a  black column gown.  Kelly Rohrbach also slammed it up in stark white and black, her long locks slightly curled with a very fresh face.

Salma Hayek knows perfection wearing perfect pink Gucci with pops of red that was perfection.  Her curvy figure always looks amazing and she carries herself with such effortless style.  Saoirse Ronan also opted for perfect Gucci pink from their RS16 collection.  Not my fav on the runway however it werked in pink.  She wasn’t very glamorous but her look was cute and perfect for her.
